3. PROFILE基本要求
- Have valid certificates suitable for the type of vessel.

大专及以上学历。 - At least 18 months and above experience as Deck Cadet of cruise ships or 24 months and above experience as Third Office of cargo ship.
具有至少12个月及以上邮轮甲板实习生资历或18个月以上货船三副资历 - Familiar with international conventions, flag state regulations, port state regulations and other relevant regulations and rules.
- 熟悉有关国际公约、船旗国法规、港口国规定及其它有关规定、规则等
- Flexible, stress resistant, committed team player; strong administration skills are preferred.

- Must have excellent Mandarin & English communication and written The ability to speak additional languages is an advantage.
