5. Procedure 步骤
- Before starting the work, inform the chief engineer, second engineer, ECR and obtain permission before implementation
在开始工作前，告知轮机长、大管轮和集控室，并获得许可方可执行 - Always comply with the requirements of SMS, carry out toolbox with operators and prepare work permit.
始终遵守公司安全管理体系要求，与操作人员开工前会议，准备工作许可。
- Prepare all necessary tools, including high-voltage protective mask, high-voltage insulating gloves, high-voltage testing tools, flexible grounding wire (spidder), high-voltage spider handle, high-voltage insulation tester (charged one day in advance), temperature and humidity tester, key of neutral point lock of generator to be tested, safety warning board, socket wrench 13 and 19, ratchet wrench 19, electric wrench, bolt collection barrel, etc.
准备好所有必须工具，包括高压防护面罩，高压绝缘手套，高压测试工具，柔性接地线（SPIDDER），高压spider手柄，高压绝缘测试仪（提前一天充好电），温度湿度测试仪，待测发电机中性点锁的钥匙，安全警示牌，套筒扳手13，19号，棘轮扳手19号，电动扳手，螺栓收集桶等等。
- Inform the ECR to place the corresponding generator in local control and manual mode
通知集控室，将相应的发电机放置在本地控制和手动模式。
- Find the starting air valve corresponding to the generator. Remove the starting air interlock key
找到该发电机对应的启动空气阀。取出启动空气连锁钥匙。
- Find the main circuit breaker on the high-voltage main distribution board corresponding to the generator. Take out the special handle and insert it, press the release switch of the circuit breaker, and shake the circuit breaker out by hand 20 times counterclockwise. Put warning labels on the rocker inlet of the circuit breaker to prevent mis-operation.
在该发电机对应的高压主配电板上找到其主断路器。插入专用摇柄，按下断路器释放开关，逆时针手摇20下将断路器摇出。在断路器摇入口位置贴上警示标签，防止误操作。
- Go to the neutral point connection of the generator to be tested, open the safety padlock, use the special handle to open the neutral point, hang the lock again, and remove the key.
前往待测发电机中性点连接处，打开安全挂锁，使用专用手柄将中性点打开，再次挂上锁，取下钥匙。
- Go to the high-voltage main distribution board corresponding to the generator, insert the third key taken out in step 5 into the grounding lock and unlock it clockwise. Ensure that the three grounding lock keys are in the correct position. Press the ground lock release button, insert the special handle for grounding, and turn the handle clockwise for grounding.
前往该发电机对应的高压主配电板，将步骤5取出的第三把钥匙插入接地锁并顺时针开锁。确保三把接地锁钥匙在正确位置。按下接地锁释放按钮，插入接地专用手柄，顺时针转动手柄接地。
- Lock the protective lock of the insertion port of the grounding handle, pull out the key and keep it properly
将接地手柄插入口的保护锁锁住，并拔出钥匙，妥善保管。
- Directly below the main circuit breaker, rotate the corresponding voltage transformer handle clockwise and pull it out completely
在主断路器正下方，顺时针旋转对应的电压变压器手柄，并将其完整抽出。
- Carefully open the generator stator end cover, wear protective equipment, take out the high-voltage test equipment, and contact the two tips for self inspection to ensure the normal function of the tool. Then start testing each phase to ground voltage value and phase to phase voltage value. Ensure that each test result is zero before proceeding to the next step.
小心打开发电机定子端盖，穿戴好防护用具，拿出高压测试用具，将两个尖端接触自检，确保工具的功能正常。接着开始测试每相对地电压值，以及相间电压值。确保每项测试结果都为零方可进行下一步。
- Prepare the flexible grounding wire (spidder), wear protective equipment, and use the high-voltage grounding handle to connect the grounding terminal of spidder first, and then connect each phase in turn.
准备好柔性接地线（SPIDDER），穿戴好防护用具，并使用高压接地手柄将SPIDDER的接地端先连接好，再依次连接上每相。
- Remove the connecting bolts of each phase, check the condition of the connecting wires and the wiring block, and check whether the temperature sticker has been high and how high it is. Separate the connecting wire from the terminal block by at least 2 cm.
卸掉每相连接螺栓，检查连接线，以及接线排的状况，查看温度贴纸曾经有无高温出现，以及多少度高温。将连接线与接线排分开至少2厘米距离。
- Turn on the high-voltage insulation tester and self calibrate. Then connect the black wire to the ground and the red wire to the first phase wiring row. Set the test voltage to 1000V for one minute. At the same time, place the temperature and humidity tester, and take photos after the test. Measure the other two phases in turn. The insulation value of each phase shall be greater than 7.6m Ω.
将高压绝缘测试仪开机并自我校正。接着将黑线接地，红线接第一相接线排，测试电压设置为1000V，时间一分钟，同时放置温度湿度测试仪，并在测试完毕后拍照留档。依次测量另外两相。各相绝缘值需大于7.6MΩ。
- After the test, replace the spring gasket with a new one, and lock the connecting wire and wiring block with bolts. At the same time, pay attention to keep the connecting line vertical and pay attention to the position of mark. After locking the nut, mark the position of each nut with a marker to facilitate search and maintenance.
测试完毕后，更换新的弹簧垫片，将连接线与接线排用螺栓锁紧。同时注意连接线需保持竖直，注意MARK的位置。锁紧螺母之后，用马克笔mark每一颗螺母的位置，方便查找和检修。
- Clean the bottom of the stator junction box.
清理定子接线盒底部。
- Close the stator junction box.
关上定子接线盒。
- Open the rotor junction box. Empty your pockets to prevent foreign objects from falling into them. Test the insulation value of the rotor with an insulator of 500V for 1 minute, place the temperature and humidity tester at the same time, and take photos after the test. Close the rotor junction box. The insulation value shall be greater than 1m Ω.
打开转子接线盒。清空身上口袋内物品，防止异物落入。用绝缘仪500V，1分钟测试转子绝缘值，同时放置温度湿度测试仪，并在测试完毕后拍照留档。关上转子接线盒。绝缘值需大于1MΩ。
- Return to the MSBD and insert the voltage transformer handle
回高压配电板间，插入电压变压器手柄。
- Go to the neutral point of the generator, unlock with the key, close the neutral point with the handle, hang the lock, remove the key and keep it in a safe position.
去往发电机中性点，用钥匙开锁，用手柄闭合中性点，挂上锁取下钥匙保存在安全位置。
- On the MSBD insert the key pulled out in step 9 and open the grounding protection lock. Insert the grounding handle, press the grounding lock release button, and turn the handle counterclockwise to disconnect the grounding. Remove the key of the generator starting air valve lock inserted in step 8
在高压配电板上，插入第9步拔出的钥匙，打开接地保护锁。将接地手柄插入，按下接地锁释放按钮，逆时针旋转手柄断开接地。将第8步插入的发电机启动空气阀锁的钥匙取下。
- Remove the warning sign on the MSBD and shake the main circuit breaker of the generator in place
在高压配电板撤掉警示牌，将发电机主断路器摇入原位。
- Restore the starting air supply of the generator with the key removed in step 21
用第21步取下的钥匙恢复发电机的启动空气供应。
- Contact the ECR, switch the corresponding generator to remote control and automatic mode, test and start the generator, and run it for several minutes without load.
与集控室联络，将对应发电机切换至遥控和自动模式，测试启动发电机，并空载运转几分钟。
- After the test, notify the corresponding personnel and close the work permit
测试完毕，通知相应人员，关闭工作许可。
