1.         Purpose目的

This SOP provides operation methods to receive HFO from barge through bunker station PS and SB operation procedure for the operator
本标准作业程序为操作者提供了从左舷或者右舷加油站加装重油程序的操作方法。

所有轮机员应知道重油加装操作程序的操作方法

4.         Responsibilities职责
Main duty engineer shall keep HFO bunkering lines & valves in good condition
主管轮机员应确保重油加油管&阀正常工作

5.         Procedure 步骤   

·         Oil transfer form to be filled out within 48 hrs before bunkering
·         加油前四十八小时填好加油计划表

·         Bunkering/oil transfer check-list to be filled out before proceeding with this checklist.
·         加油前提前填好加油检查表

·         Following PPE has to be worn by bunker watch during bunkering: Boiler suite, Safety shoes, and goggles.
·         穿好个人防护装备,工作服,安全鞋以及护目镜

·         Remote controlled valves used for bunkering operation on IAS page 8.13 to be tested by opening and closing well in time before bunker commence
·         加油前在集控室IAS页面测试相关阀门关闭与开启功能正常。

·         Check opposite bunker station not in use for closed valves and all connections blind flanged.
·         检查另外一侧加油站阀门在关闭位置,并确认相关管路法兰用盲板盲住。

·         HFO bunker filter IF/019FI confirmed to be clean.
·         加油站进油口滤器清洁。

·         HFO bunker fuel counter to be reset to zero value.
·         加油总管流量计复位归零

·         Maximum oil transfer rate is 250 m3/h, maximum pressure is 3 bar (design pressure 5.5) to be continuous monitored during bunker operation.
·         加油最大速率不超过250立方每小时,最大压力不超过3公斤,并持续保持监控压力。

·         Confirm HFO overflow tank to be empty and check OF flow switch alarm by pressing test lever at flow switch.
·         确认溢流柜是空的并测试溢流警报开关工作正常。

·         Open bunker door by confirmation from Officer on bridge
·         和驾驶台确认后打开加油站舷门

·         Responsible officer to verify bunker delivery note according to bunker order and set up correct fuel sampling procedures.
·         根据加油申请数量核对实际接收总数并执行正确燃油取样程序

·         Emergency stop signals and communication to be established between barge and ship.
·         加油船与接收船之间建立有效沟通与停止信号

·         Open filling valves in IAS page 8.13 according to E13 oil transfer plan. Valve IF/029VF and IF/117VX to HFO storage N10 PT. IF/025VF and IF/118VF to HFO Storage N11PT.
·        IF/028VF and IF/119VF to HFO storage N11 SB依据加油计划表打开相对应的阀门。

·         When hose connected and inspected by responsible officer bunker watch to open valve at manifold. Valve IF/044PVF SB bunker station. Valve IF/043VF in PT.
·        加油管路连接完毕后,经确认后加油站人员可以打开加油站加油阀。

·         Confirm with Chief Engineer to commence bunkering.
·         通知轮机长开始加油。

·         Inform bridge HFO bunkering will start.
·         通知驾驶台开始加油。

·         Inform barge to start transferring at minimum transfer rate.
·         通知加油船在加油刚开始时以最低速率进行。

·         Observe bunker hoses, connections and bunker lines for leaks.
·         密切关注加油站加油管路,法兰以及对整个加油系统管路进行巡视,确保没有任何泄露。

·         Observe increasing level in HFO storage tanks
·         密切关注油舱液位是否正常上升。

·         Increase transfer rate to nominal if all normal.
·         如果经确认一切正常后可以将加油速率加大到正常加油速率。

·         Continuous drip sample to be taken during bunkering.
·         采取连续性取样在整个加油过程中。

·         Observe levels in IAS and duty Engineer in engine room observe local sounding gauges at storage tanks during entire bunkering.
·         集控室值班轮机员密切关注油舱液位同时让值班机工确认当地液位表读数。

·         Upon completion confirm with barge and Chief Engineer to blow bunker line clean with air.
·         和加油船以及轮机长确认后对加油管路进行吹气,吹除管路里残余燃油。

·         When air blow completed observe zero pressure in bunker line and close manifold valve.
·         管路吹气完成后当压力降为零后关闭加油站总阀

·         In co-operation with barge personal open flange slowly at let remaining oil in hose/line drain out in spill container.
·         和加油船密切配合慢慢拆开阀门,让管路里残余的燃油流入收集容器里。

·         Disconnect the bunker hose, install blind flange, close the bunker station shell door and confirm door indication Closed.
·         拆开管路,装上盲板,关上加油站舷门并确认关闭指示灯在关闭位置。

·         Inform ECR and Bridge bunker operation completed and shell door closed.
·         通知集控室加油操作已结束,加油站门已关闭。

6.        要求Requirements

.1 Clean the area and leave the bunker station in a nice and tidy condition.
加油结束后对加油站里外进行必要的清洁,保持干净整洁。
.2 Log –book and record keeping:做好记录
.3 Bunkering start, stop time and quantity to be recorded in Engine log book.
在轮机日志上记录清楚加油开始时间,结束时间和加油的总量。
.4 Quantity, Sulphur content, tanks bunkered be noted in Oil record book.
同时在油类记录簿上也要做好记录,数量,硫含量,加油的舱柜。
